Release Notes for Clearsilver 0.9.1                      7/7/2003

This is an "oops" release.  I left out ClearSilver.h.

Also, some quick fixes to make the ruby module compile under ruby 1.4.5
I still don't know what earlier versions it will work on our not,
though.

And while I was at it, I also through in the half completed rpm spec
file and the FreeBSD ports files.  If someone wants to take a crack at
finishing them, go ahead.
